Important Information About Our Upgrade

We are excited to launch our new Online and Mobile Banking products during our upgrade on Monday, June 24th. This new digital experience includes enhanced features and a seamless feel on all of our online platforms. This transition will affect some of your other banking services as well. 

A few items to be aware of: 

Online Banking - Our upgraded Online Banking experience has a new look and improved functionality. Whether you are logging in on a computer, tablet, or mobile device, your online experience will now be seamless. Please click on the Login button to get started. You will log in with your current username and the last four digits of your social security number as your password. 

Bill Pay - Once you log in to Online Banking, you will see a new Bill Pay system. Your payees and payment history will be available in the new system.

Mobile Banking - There will be a new mobile app to download in the App Store and Google Play. Please search for "Bank of DeSoto" to download the new app. Your current app should redirect your to the new mobile app.

Monthly Statements - All checking and savings accounts will receive two statements for the month of June. eStatement customers will also receive a paper statement for the month of June but will continue receiving an electronic statement going forward. 

Website - Our website, www.bankdesoto.com, has similar features but an enhanced look and layout. Please check out our new logo!

24-Hour Telephone Banking - Our enhanced 24-Hour Telephone Banking line has been updated with new prompts and a new voice. You will be able to access the same account information. Our telephone number will remain the same as 972-780-8686.

Customer Service Hours - We will extend our telephone customer service hours to assist during the transition. Please call us at 972-780-7777 to reach a Bank representative. You may be redirected to  our support team to give you the best customer service experience possible. 

ATM Network - Our upgraded system will offer surcharge free ATMs all over the country. You can locate an ATM near you on the Bank’s website.

What is Not Changing:

Debit Cards - You will continue to use your Bank of DeSoto debit card,  You will have to set up your debit card alerts in our new mobile app. 

Account Numbers - All of your account numbers will remain the same. This includes all checking, savings, loan, and CD accounts. You will continue to use your current checks and deposit slips.

Electronic Transfers - All automatic and recurring electronic transfers will continue to process as normal. This includes direct deposits and electronic payments that you have set up with the Bank.
